Being a member of the award jury is a truly rewarding experience—at least, that’s what we hear from our jury members each year! If you’re interested, we’d love to share some insights into how we select jury members. Who knows? You might find yourself on the jury soon!

One thing is certain: it’s not just rewarding, but also a fantastic way to participate in the NeosCon while making a valuable contribution to the Neos CMS community.

The wisdom of the group

Our jury usually consists of four to five members, ideally reflecting a diverse mix of genders, skills, and external expertise. The only constant in the jury are two Neos CMS team members. They provide valuable insights to other jury members and help manage the submission process effectively.

We are also constantly looking for individuals who are not directly involved with Neos CMS. Their unique perspectives offer fresh and unbiased insights into the submissions.

It’s important to note that Neos team members do not have special privileges or “superpowers” in the evaluation process. Decisions are made collaboratively as a group, honoring the long-standing tradition of collective decision-making.
